At The Hearing Connection we realize that COVID-19 (coronavirus) is a growing concern for our staff and patients. For several weeks we have been closely monitoring the reports and updates shared by the Centers for Disease Control and will continue to do so.
Beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020, we will comply with the "shelter in place" order issued by the City of St. Joseph in hopes to help contain this growing virus. Our office will not be open during regular business hours, and we will not be making patient appointments until April 6, 2020. For those with urgent needs, we are asking that you call our office at (816) 273-0074. Someone will be available to answer the call, and we will do our best to provide direction by phone. For those who need supplies or need to be seen in person, we will be available on a case-by-case basis for curbside service. We have enforced an even more strenuous policy in terms of distancing, cleanliness and good hygiene in order to limit ours and our patients' potential Coronavirus exposure.
Your health and safety will always be our first and foremost concern. We understand how this crisis is affecting you, and how important your hearing health is to your well-being. We want you to know that we care, and will be there to help you through this in any way we can. We will update you as we get nearer the April 6 deadline with any changes.
Take care and stay safe!
Dave and Karen
